Kripalu Yoga Dance®


This is an hour and a half class that blends breath, yoga, movement, dance, and relaxation. This class is for everyone, all bodies and capabilities. Yoga Dance is led here as an approach to body awareness and connection that frees the self and opens the body, emotions, and mind. The experience is uplifting, inspired, and fun! The atmosphere is supportive and safe, inviting you to be just as you are in each moment.

No yoga or dance experience is necessary.

Please come layered in comfortable clothing and bring a cozy blanket (or two--one below and one above) for warmth in relaxation.
