Kula (coo-la) is a sanskrit word meaning community. The Anusara Kula is a worldwide community of life-affirming yoga practicioners. We have gathered together as the Heart of Grace Yoga Kula to uplife, inspire, and connect us through our desire to step into the flow of life, expand our yoga off the mat to benefit our families, communities, and the world; and celebrate radiance everywhere.
